To help him attend the Daddy-Daughter dance at school, Raven switches keys with her neighbor, Jimmy. However, Levi figures out it might be possible for a stranded Devon to also go to the event. When Booker wants to reveal his powers to increase his popularity at school, Raven warns him to keep his psychic powers a secret.
While doing a school report on their mother, Booker and Nia lie about Raven's life to make their presentation seem more exciting. Coincidentally, this episode aired the same week he announced plans to leave his show. A new kid at school is stealing Booker's shine, so Booker attempts to one-up him. Meanwhile, Raven's mission aims to bring back the arts program at her old high school, Bayside High. Season 4 of Raven's Home was announced on October 16, 2019, consisting of 19 episodes.

Nia wants to take part in a protest to protect the environment, but first, she has to convince her mom to let her attend. Meanwhile, Raven volunteers to help Levi with his S.T.E.M. project but inadvertently takes over. When Nia and Booker throw an epic 13 birthday party with no moms or kids allowed, they’re forced to tell Raven and Levi they can’t attend. Booker and Raven’s psychic powers cause them to switch bodies on Halloween. When their Aunt Maureen comes to warn them, she inadvertently switches bodies with Nia’s crush Miles. When Booker loses his powers to see glimpses of the future, he gains new abilities as an incredible chef and magician.

Later, Chelsea continues her new hobby of gardening by growing mini-cacti while Raven makes a significant amount of money painting for one of her Scüt client's pets. 1121.27Raven and Booker have a shared vision while hugging each other, of Paisley firing Raven at Doggy Fashion Week. To help his mother, Booker paints some models for the dogs' clothes, which Paisley enjoys more than Raven's designs. To avoid being fired, Raven takes Booker with her at Doggy Fashion Week to help with the paintings, but things get complicated when she must do a painting in front of the live audience.
Liam claims to have visited Buckingham Palace for tea and to have met the former British monarch Queen Elizabeth II a few times. This seems improbable, as someone with such elevated social status is not likely to attend an American public school. 3090.48The Chi-Lective is in the running to advance to the finals of the music video competition. Booker has gotten a bad grade in his history due to his short studying routine and persuades Nia to forge Raven's signature. With help from Chelsea, Tess persuades Raven to let her and Nia use a remembering strategy to help Booker pass the make-up test.

Instead, he shows Raven two visions to help her realize that her children would be more proud if she pursued her fashion dream instead of sacrificing everything for them. Later after giving up on getting them back, Booker’s visions return during a family hug. 2041.00The family's apartment building gets a new owner named Richard, who has Mitch, his ten-year-old son, run the building while he is busy. Mitch makes it his mission to have the family suffer after he suspects they are intentionally insulting him, going so far as to forbid anyone from doing their laundry and not bringing the building up to code. Meanwhile, Raven and Booker have visions of Nia in trouble and suspect Tess is behind it.
Meanwhile, Levi, Tess, and Chelsea decide to sell pizza to help pay the bills, but end up turning the living room into a popular restaurant. 1111.26Booker has a vision of Tess playing basketball with a boy named Jordan, whom she likes, followed by a vision of Jordan rejecting Tess when she reveals her feelings to him. After Tess refuses to listen to his warnings, demanding that he stay out of her personal life, Booker and Levi try to stall Jordan from meeting Tess in order to prevent him from hurting Tess' feelings. Meanwhile, Raven and Chelsea argue about their parenting styles, and find themselves unintentionally becoming volunteers at an old foster care. Raven's Home Season 5
3030.63When Levi starts missing his mother, Raven takes the family on a trip to visit Chelsea at the cruise ship where she works. On the way, they get a flat tire, but Nia texts Tess who brings them a new one and joins the trip. Meanwhile, Chelsea has been struggling at work and wants to come home, but agrees to wait for them. Upon arrival, the children go to look for Chelsea in the ship; however, Chelsea is at the dock where she reunites with Raven.
Raven Baxter and the entire family learn that her pre-teen son Booker has inherited her ability to catch glimpses of the future. Like his whole-hearted and watchful mom, Booker can only get a peek at what’s to come, but it’s just enough to drive each of them to interfere with the anticipated outcome. His ability to see brief visions of the future are nascent and uncontrollable and often seem to collide with Raven’s own visions, setting in motion madcap escapades for the entire extended family. Booker is unpretentiously cool; his twin sister Nia is independent and eager to lead; they have a uniquely special “twin bond” yet squabble like most tweens. Both rely on insightful motherly witticisms and uninhibited silliness from Raven (a fashion designer amidst a job-transition).
Both Nia and Tess are determined to win the open spot on The Hot Chilli Steppers, the best Step Dancing crew at school. Nia is excited Devon is going to fly in for her school’s Daddy/Daughter dance but Raven learns that he is stuck at the airport because of a snow storm.
However, after Booker has a vision of the concert getting cancelled, he and Levi go to prevent this from happenning, only to get in trouble backstage and accidentally knock out one of the band members. With Raven and Chelsea's help, the boys must find a way to fix everything, or else the concert will be cancelled. Meanwhile, Nia wonders why she has not inherited visions like Booker has. 1101.28On Halloween, Booker and Levi plan to prank their friend Travis using the legend of a ghost in their apartment building. However, after Levi mysteriously disappears, Booker and Travis believe that the ghost is real and has kidnapped Levi, so they begin searching for him with Raven's help.
This season takes the Raven franchise to 12 seasons, making That's So Raven the series to have the most seasons to date, followed by Jessie with 11 and The Suite Life with 6. As the family settles into their nightly routine, the kids are reminded not to use their screens, but they have other plans. When school is interrupted by a Chicago teachers' strike, Booker has a vision and enlists Nia, Levi and Tess to help him start a home study group that quickly spirals out of control. Booker and Nia are excited when they’re named student Ambassadors of their school, that is until they learn that their first job is to welcome Mitch as a new student. When Nia gets caught up in wanting to be a trendsetter, she goes against her mother’s wishes and uses the money she saved up to buy an expensive jacket. When Booker has a vision of his mom losing the money hidden in her backpack, he enlists Nia and Levi to help him follow Raven and rescue the money before it goes missing.
